Which I guess we are assuming is like human on human, so penis and vaginas. I'd probably discuss this with the trainer to be sure if they are aware of those risks, if any. See how common this is. I do take baths, mates don't like gross people, unless you're a Poison type.

As a Pokemon you are free thinker, you are not regulated by what society wants of you, if you want to have a romantic relationship with your partner/trainer its okay. Just make sure you're doing it for the right reasons and you're both okay with it.
