That movie was great, but its been so long that I don't really remember it. Same with the deoxys movie. The darkrai movie i watched recently and it was still pretty good (but i am a huge darkrai fan). I would love to see some webms of any of cool clips if anyone has any.

Sorry for the blog but that image just unlocked all those memories for me. I also trained Flygon after seeing it in this movie. And that Machoke was trained up till level 100, I thought it would evolve then

Yeah I transferred him up to my Omega Ruby I think. I eventually did evolve him when we got a link cable, but it was a stressful experience cause my older brother kept threatening to yank the cable mid trade. The move set he had was Strength, Dynamicpunch, Cross Chop and Fire Blast. Man I have so much nostalgia with Ruby and Fire-red it’s insane. Ruby especially, I couldn’t read english well so every new city or route felt like an adventure. And exploration was rewarded too, like Sky Pillar. “Hmm how come I didn’t see that path befo- HOLY SHIT”

I was 8 during Gen 1 and I don’t even remember the moves I used. I know at the time I just kept deleting older moves as I learned them and if it didn’t do damage I assumed it was bad. I know I had a Blastoise, Raichu, and Gengar cause Raichu was my favorite and I got the gengar with a link cable while at school. I actually evolved someone’s machamp and we traded back.

I have fond memories of movies 1-4, after which I really didn't care about the films all that much. If anyone wants to recommend some of the better ones from more recent years, I might check them out.

Fun fact, only the lucario movie was translated and broadcast in Spain, the other third gen movies are totally missing, and they're the only ones that's never come from the whole saga
