They need their stats redone really bad.
Totodile needs less special attack because there's a split now.
Typhlosion needs stat rearrangement to not be a carbon copy of charizard.
Also give them some better fucking abilities, If a pokemon as overpowered as blaziken can get speed boost these guys can get anything.

Feraligatr isn't bad though.

Use Life Orb with Sheer Force, Dragon Dance and hit hard with liquidation, crunch and ice punch.

Meganium and Typhlosion however have been absolutely neglected
