As for humanoid Pokémon like Gardevoir and Machamp, there still shouldn't be much difference because there theoretically shouldn't be any awkwardness between genders there. Pokephilia probably isn't particularly common in-universe, so it's not like there's any sexual awkwardness, preferences, or whatever that would make them gravitate towards one group.
