i feel like the male protags' design are mostly generic or bland

but out all of them i picked the Brendan's Emerald outfit. I love the green redesign on some of it's clothes, It got that sporty that original tries to do but fails and ended up generic and ugly and also he looks slimmer and adventurous without looking disgusting like the ORAS version and finally he looks like a proper average protag than some random side characters

i would like to know your favorite male protag or male designs in general
