Playing this on citra, Is there a way to just get all pokemon right away using cheats or something? I just want to use the pokemon you can only get via trading.

So it's not possible on the 3ds version only a GBA romhack? Also What does it mean to edit files? I heard of pkHex but I don't know if that can get me pokemon.
