The only outliers are stuff like the DPP Gender Sprites, but we know that was an entirely different leaker than the usual one.
Most updates come on Friday, however, if we posts on Wednesday it usually means we'll get content through Friday, so people can have a chance to dive into it over the weekend.
The leaker likes the chaos of each leak release, so the release schedule is also based around that. For example, if that 3D Mario collection is released he may release more assets relating to 3D Mario games, or he may do the exact opposite, because that announcement would drown out the chaos in these types of discussions (and would bring even more attention to him from Nintendo.)
People guessed, based on the pattern, we wouldn't get stuff until September (which was accurate.) People's best guess was the first Friday of September, which was close; but it's not the first time the leaker has posted on a Wednesday.
So, it's no guarantee we'll get more in this set of leaks but it appears likely.
