You can get its speed down to 142 dude, the only things that will outrun it in Trick Room are dedicated Trick Room attackers or shit that wouldn't scare it.

You can use anything you want if it has at least less than 80 speed, it would only get outsped by other trick room pokemons or incredibly slow pokemon like ferrothorn

And hell in that case it's suicide to leave it in regardless of if you're faster since Ferrothorn resists Boomburst and would absolutely molest exploud with Body Press.
