Cinderace and Raboot only got "shilled harder" because the second main character of the show has one as his ace. It's the same reason Chespin, even though he is a starter, showed up less than the other two. Because he wasn't the main Pokemon of someone. It's completely natural that one of the 3 will have more focus than the others.
I see now why you're going insane at the fact that some Pokemon are just more popular than others, because you're autistic enough to genuinely get mad that someone has more screentime than the other in an anime for actual toddlers.
