Organizations seem to have life's failures as their recruits.

If you notice, e-celebs and clout chasers would be vapid nobodies on some dead end job or out on the streets if not for their platform. Those are the types that end up recruited by these organizations.

I like to imagine RR Giovanni as way more sadistic, so prior to recruiting his partners, he hopped to multiple universes and plucked the Golds & Kris' from them and made them his grunts, also keeping other multiversal branches of Team Rocket alive in the process. Don't ask what he did to the alternate Reds.

Grunts all look identical because that's just uniform. They don't particularly have identities of their own. Gen 7 even pokes fun at this in a conversation between Skull Grunts because they don't have their own names.

For everyone in a trainer class to look even slightly different, they would have to bother to make a slightly different model for every single trainer.

Given Game Freak's track record for models, do you trust them? Aside from that, do you think it's worth it to make nobody trainers distinct from one another?
