Realistically, neither Suicune's lore nor Unown's lore make any sense to be connected. One is a strange species that twists radio waves and had some connection to an ancient civilization, the other was the north wind embodied into a resurrected soul in an entirely different city.
Trying to put them together would just feel force since they don't really have any connections, neither in their history or thematically.
