In smogon's, it's now hyperstall, until you can meet a win con to, then AGAIN, win without issue. The entire meta revolves around not letting the other player play the game, and at this point, once the legendaries come out in Crown tundra, it's gonna revert back to Ubers-lite, but with even more stalling.
