Not really into the linearity for the purpose of repeat play throughs but the game is still solid, the story is at least good enough to justify being the focus even if it's not good enough to justify the overbearing nature.

Ultra Beasts are really fucking rad and I'm bummed that it never really got the chance to breathe because it had to share screen time with the Island Trials and Lillie's family drama. The UB hunt should've been the focus of the game, not a post-game mini arc.
