Nearly all trade evos. I make a point when I replay games to use new teams of Pokemon not used before but with good type spread. Some gens this is easier said then done though. Gen 2 for instance. Usually trading is out of the question at that point. Would love to use a Scizor in game one day.

Nidoking/queen. Not sure if I just have shit luck with IV's, but every Nido I catch gets dropped by the late teens because it can't do shit for damage and has an awful movepool. The only pokemon I've found that has performed worse for me is Purrloin, which is literally unusable even ingame.

Are you using TMs on them? Because you're supposed to feed your Nido a steady diet of Technical Machines once you've evolved it to royal level, which is ideally at level 16.

Lapras, trade evos, and a lot of Kalos Pokemon. Trade evos vecause tuey're hard to get, the others just becuase there's usually better options. I did finlly manage to fit Malamar, Florges, and Noivern on my current UM team though, so progress is being made.

I dont like doubling up on type and i try to have as much coverage as possible so a lot of mons just dont make the cut or are just too far into the game that i cant be fucked to catch and train them up to the level of whatever they are replacing

Most Ice-Types, because they're so lategame. The only Ice-Types I've used ingame are Lapras (in FRLG), Weavile (in Platinum) and Vanilluxe (In BW, but not B2W2 because it's too lategame to be worth it)
