This is a *4 weak Pokémon. Against anything else the damage output is pitful and even on supereffective targets Dark Pulse does the same damage.
Stone Edge vs. Rock Slide is a legitimate debate even in singles mainly because of the flinch rate (although using Rock Slide because of missing paranoia is retarded). Hidden Power Fighting instead of Focus Blast is effectively equivalent to using Hidden Power Flying in place of Hurricane.
