When Crown Tundra releases, how strong will Pokémon have to be to be banned? We've already seen Darm-G, Cinderace, Magearna and Melmetal being too strong for OU, will the same apply to Ultra Beasts or traditionally below-Uber legendaries like Landorus and Heatran?

With move pools being changed, what could rise from lower tiers to high usage similar to wish/teleport Clefable? Will threats like Blaziken and Garchomp be more balanced with restricted movepools?
