Was just rotating the photos so they weren’t sideways.

Also I didn’t even know that if you caught a shiny Pokémon as your first one it’d show in the registration screen. What a nice touch.

Thanks man. I'll be training them up to get them on par with the rest of the team, but first I'm taking a detour to grab some TMs for coverage. Probably Focus Blast and/or Shadow Ball. It's a shame that Calm Mind is restricted to the post game, but hey, just means that it's more of a challenge.

I think the Fraxuee might be but definitely not the Litwick and Ferroseed, which are the two I’m levelling up right now.

I haven’t played White in years though so I don’t remember what level you’re meant to be at this point.

Most of the wild mons I've been finding are around level 38 so I think that aside from the Fraxure I'm probably alright. I'll be using the Ferrothorn (once it evolves) for the Dragon Gym though, since I don't want to risk losing the Fraxure there. It'll help it level up to be on par with the team as well.

Many runs I've seen (both on and off here) have a caveat apply to the "one per area" rule where shiny pokemon can always be caught because they're shiny. OP was probably doing something similar.

Or maybe he was just running around grinding trainers before he stepped into the grass, idk. Route 9 does have a shit load of bikers and his Fraxure is significantly higher level than the rest of his team.

He could've just been fighting the biker gang first before going into the grass but most people I see allow shinies to be caught regardless of capture rules just because of the rarity. It's not the "true" original rules, yeah, but Nuzlockes have so many autistic variations that it's hard to care about the OG rules anymore.

Thought I'd share how the run ended up ending here since this thread is still up. The E4 went by mostly smoothly, aside from losing my Haxorus to Grimsley, and N was more challenging than I remembered with Set battle on and required every team mate I had to counter his mons.

Then I fought Ghetsis and 6-0'd him with Kinessa because his Bisharp got obliterated by Focus Blast and his Cofagrigus tried to toxic stall them and failed due to Magic Guard. After the bastard destroyed my previous attempt at a Nuzlocke Run on White it felt quite cathartic to steamroll him. A good end to the run imo.

Timid is actually kind of bad on the Reuniclus line because there's really no saving the speed, and it actually HAS some physical attacks, like Dizzy Punch and Rollout and shit.
