Regirock has always been more of a tank so it wouldn't benefit as much
Regice would be a legitimate special wall in hail at least, might have even seen some niche use in the higher tiers like avalugg did.

regirock would be RU, small possibility of UU if the recovery was shore up
registeel would be UU
regice wouldn't gain much since it's more of an offensive mon and unlike regirock it can't run a bulky setup set with calm mind

It's actually hilarious how much worse Inteleon is compared to the other two. At least in previous gens when one starter sucked the two other ones were usually not leagues ahead in every format.
