god I would love ampharos to be broken, one of my favorite mons.

sp. def 90 -> 100
replace HA with drizzle, to go with the whole lighthouse theme. give it hurricane for similar reason
tail glow ofc
optional: give it lightning rod for its secondary ability
I think it should keep static as one of its abilities since it is a sheep, even if it doesn't have any wool like its pre evos
