You can slap wonder guard on some insane types. You can also just make a utility mon. No guard can make some moves actually relevant if you want to restrict movepool.

There's seven (7) types that are resistant to that type.
It's also a rather poor offensive type, especially because of its many resistance, so you can remove whatever single mon has an attack of said type.

120 attack, 66 speed, 11 hp, 1 in everything else.
very slow and frail, but near impossible to switch into with almost unresisted STAB. gets close combat and poltergeist. 66 speed outspeeds scizor by 1 point.

I don't know if this'll make it all the way to OU, but it's decent enough to have sets, I think. Theoretically I could minmax it more and give it a better speed tier/more damage, but I wanted it to look pretty. This is practically just a direct upgrade to Shedinja since it doesn't have to deal with the pain of having sub-2 HP and dying to any status. Alternatively, you can give it Shadow Tag as its only ability and blanket-ban it to Ubers instead.

Yes, but Shadow Tag is banned in OU so there's no way to run the Pokemon in any tier but Uber. It's similar to how Wynaut was Uber in Gen 3 solely because you had to run it with Shadow Tag. That's what I meant by "blanket ban."

Something like this was what I was thinking of as well. Give it Heal Bell, a way to remove damaging weather, endeavor, and you're good to go.
Knock off/Urshifu is ubiquitous, so it might still be OU instead of Uber.

I meant BST, there is no need put a single point on each stat.
0 HP BST would be 199 HP with 31 IV and 252 Evs (Unless it has a hardcoded 1HP like Shedinja)
