Milotic shares the same overall colour scheme with Feebas, and has the same markings on it's tail, and it's tail fin is fanned out like Feebas's. Feebas's line is also reminiscent of the story of the Ugly Duckling. Where said duckling who is considered ugly (probably because it's a cygnet) grows up into a beautiful swan.
This is probably just a really retarded shitpost though with no hidden meaning.
