Did you know that Pelipper is practically unkillable in Explorers thanks to the item Wingull Bow? This item grants Wingull and Pelipper a high chance to restore PP to a random move if it takes damage. This procs with any source of damage, including HP loss from having an empty Belly. So Pelipper can equip a Mobile Scarf, enter walls to drain its belly, and once its belly is empty and it starts losing HP, its PP will start being restored with every few steps, allowing it to spam Roost to keep itself alive. It also learns Blizzard so you can team it up with a Hail setter, allowing it to spam Blizzards that never miss while the damage from hail restores its PP. Pelipper’s IQ group is D, letting it learn Gap Prober, allowing it to use Hydro Pump through allies without damaging them, Stair Sensor to speed up discovery of stairs, Trap Avoider and Trap Seer to laugh at the abundance of traps in post-game, and Clutch Performer, Critical Dodger and Quick Dodger to make it even tankier in the case it gets attacked
