As far as remakes go, Hardcores want DP remakes but hate Lets Go but normies eat shit so theyll be satisfied with Lets Go Johto and hate on DP remakes because its cool to hate them. It could be either. They could also drop the ball and give us another low effort remake nobody asked for which seems par for the course for Gamefreak.

If we're going to be angry it has to be something with less effort than swhooshi somehow. Ports for main series games are unlikely. But any port/collection for spin offs probably won't have fans mad unless he sees the outrage of the Mario collection being straight ports and applies that to pokemon. So it's either that or an announcement for swooshi/possible but unlikely DP remakes that will make us lose all hope.

My guess is we're getting a DP remake but it has all the features cut similar to ORAS/Let's Go.
