>>44778382I felt like Alola did the best job at making the Pokemon fit the environment and the environment making sense in the context of the real life Hawaii. Kalos's locations don't mesh well in the later half especially with them trying to keep seasons without actually implementing them, and Galar can be a complete mess that doesn't feel very similar to Britain aside from the culture and a few locations.
Only thing I can really say bad about Alola is that some Pokemon encounters are just stupidly rare and it started the trend of hallways, which Galar did worse.
