First time playing Emerald bros. Rate my team.
I have beaten the first 2 gyms and basically I'm looking to train a Fighting/physical defender hence the Zubat (until I can get a better one).

I also have a Sableye and Taillow in the box.

Anon there are a lot of other interesting pokemon in the rest of the game. I'd get rid of Lombre and maybe Ralts. Almost said zubat but golbat is low-key based

Lombre is dual grass/water which is very useful atm and can learn surf I think. Ralts will eventually evolve into Gardevoir.

Don't know. I know he has truant but that also hits like a truck. Plus can recover HP and put people to sleep. Though I'm thinking if he will stay or not.

Genesis is probably best then yeah. There's others I'd consider 'better' like Enhanced or Blazing (or if you want full autism and gen 1-7, renev, but its buggy) but Genesis is closest to that
