I think it's a fine design, cutemons are om too, but think it's a shame it lost some of the features of the prevo like the generic cute eyes in favour of the buggy eyes. It also doesn't feel like an epic pseudo legend dragon. Stick the first form in the early game woods and make it a regular mon and make something that feels more legendary be the pseudolegend.
