Why haven't people in universe tried to evolve Porygon with other computer parts, or at least tried to build new upgrades for him? You telling me that people saw the buggy piece of shit that is Porygon-Z and just decided that it was okay? Nobody tried to build him a proper third evo? If people actually tried Porygon could have more evolutions than Eevee at this point.
