Their only significant divergence from regular people appears to be their primary melanin levels, which explains the nonexistent pigmentation and faded eye colors. Ergo, they're more than likely red on the inside, if not at the very least an imperceptibly darker shade. You have to keep in mind, these guys are arguably about as far apart from you and me as a white European and an African native.
