The only Pokemon that matter in the long run have always been Pikachu, Charizard, Lucario, and sometimes Mewtwo (AKA the only four to be in both Smash and Pokken).

3/4 (Pikachu, Charizard, and Lucario) have major roles in the current anime series.

his SM pokemon only win with plot armor and cheating and his PM pokemon are incredibly jobbers. Riolu got totally raped in several battles and it couldn't do anything, same for Gengar and Farfetch'd
