>>44799224I do, but at home with my family since my country considers celebrating any holiday that wasn't originated here to be "selling our nation". We usually decorate either our bedrooms or just focus on the living room and make "spooky" food (last year my mother made some red jello with apples inside that she decorated to look like an aborted alien abomination, it was genuinely upsetting). As for costumes we dress up in simple/generic stuff but overall focus on having lots of fun.
My country is insanely unsafe anyway so even if people did celebrate/participate in the whole candy thing you'd probably end up kidnapped/raped/eating candy with poison or glass with it, so no loss desu.
