Nah, actual Bug/Dragon should be something more natural. Doesn't have to be "Flygon" or any new dragonfly mon, either.

Remember that aliens can sense brain activity especially fear that's why they often ignore androids unless seen as an obstacle, their main self defense option is acid blood
While dark may fit their hunting habits being able to detect fear is perhaps one of its best characteristics in the comics

Head shape wise and neck wise maybe, but that's all they share really. (there's one for Palkia too) Why TF did game freak give a time dragon a Xeno head anyways? I like Dialga's design, but that's weird inspiration.
