About stall
In a healthy meta, you wouldnt need hazards chip damages to defeat a pokemon
Just reduce shit like Wish, Recover, Soft-Boiled...etc to 55pp max already

This is only the case because the devs accidentally created that abomination that is stall
Battles should never last for over 100 turns
