I have a couple reasons why Gen 9 will be trash.
>it won’t reach 1000 Pokémon
The will have a maximum of 103 Pokémon. This is because tpci will obviously want to use the “Gen 10 1000 Pokémon!!” Marketing technique and push that to the max
>the effort time and energy will be put into other games
Obviously we are getting let’s go johto it gen 4 remakes. So obviously game freak will have to devote staff and resources to develop those games.
>time constraints
Everything has to be on a specific time schedule so Nintendo and the tpci can work things the way they need to. It is obvious the quality of the games doesn't matter because people buy the games anyway and the cards, merchandise and anime rely on the games coming out on a certain time period.

Gen 10 is going to be the time we’re Pokémon decides to reboot and rebrand themselves( gen 1 2.0) they will put every ounce of effort into making these games good so as a result, Gen 9 won’t be good.
