it's body is literally a penguin, make the black part blue to match it's actual head, then it would be better, the idea is good, but typical gamefreak, the execution is terrible.

Simplicitly is not inherently good or bad. Eiscue is not just simple, it's lazy. Piplup and Delibird are simple penguin designs while still being cute and/or interesting, Eiscue is not.

I actually like this Pokemon a lot because of the gimmick it has. There will never be another Pokemon like it, and it helps to diversify Ice-types quite a bit more.
