Weavile already has a 510 BST. I think a better question would be "What if Sneasel got an alternate evolution?" Sneasel has plenty of moves that a special attacker would kill for, like Surf, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Dark Pulse, and especially Nasty Plot. Throw in a few more moves from the evo's learnset and you could have a great pokemon.
