People were using Diglett/Gothoria to accomplish what Dugtrilo/Gothithelle did. Heck, when Dracovish was still available, a few mad men paired TRAPINCH with it just to stop Seismitoed. If you seriously don't see the problem with people using unevolved babymons in the OVERUSED environment, you're a lost cause.
Plus specifially banning Libero Cinderace means I should be able to use Dracovish w/o Fisheous Rend, and G-Darmanitan w/Zen Mode.
But it just doesn't end there. Let me use Melmetal w/o Double Iron Bash because we decided to ban the move instead. What about UU you said? Yeah sure, just ban Huge Power so that Diggerbsy can be used in UU. Oh and Venusaur too, but you can't set your own sun while you have it on your team. It's just gonna keep going and going until every Pokemon across every tier is butchered and do you really want to play a meta where everyone is using safety scissors?
