I for some reason could never find the little shit. Because I was a dumb kid I somehow got it into my head that if I knock out everything I see, then there will only be Cacnea left.
I even submitted that "exploit" to the old Gameradar website for cheat codes.

It never has, despite two playthroughs of Sapphire and one of Alpha Sapphire. I would very much consider adding it to my team on a replay though, because I really like it and its evolved form.
