Overly critical people (Yes it is overly critical to judge a woman based on a tattoo) are usually either: so incredibly amazing they are in fact within their jurisdiction to make such judgements, or actually painfully unfit to make those judgements and simply become a caricature of themselves when they try to be taken seriously being both the beggar and the chooser.
