>>44851367Conclusion: I think it's pretty much a coin toss, but I favor them doing DP remakes while bringing in Gens 1-3 to the Switch and having all be fully Home compatible. Obviously there are challenges with doing that but nothing that can't be worked around. Alternatively, if they think Let's Go was enough of a success to justify another game, they could do Let's Go in Johto while still porting the Gen 3 games and possibly Gen 4. I also would not rule out the idea of them resurrecting Kalos at some point in the next few years, they're running into a window where they have a good excuse to do it, it would be a big surprise for many people, and it's still a good card that GF is holding on to that can be played whenever they want. It might even see sales like remakes do and not third versions.
I'd be happy to argue any specific point I've made if any of this doesn't make sense.
