Unfortunately Drifblim's only physical Ghost moves are Phantom Force and Astonish, and its only physical Flying moves are Fly and Acrobatics, the latter of which requires your item to be used up to do any real damage. So you have to choose between Gust + Shadow Ball, or Phantom Force + Acrobatics, or some sort of mixed set. Drifblim should only be used as a Tailwind setter, and shouldn't be used all because there are a ton of Pokémon that do its job better. Even Pelipper is a more effective Tailwind setter, and it sets weather, + it gets Hurricane so it's a better Max Airstream sweeper as well.
