I think it’s a unique design and I like it, but I’ve had two or three good chances to use it in SM, USUM, and SWSH and I just never did. I always only use my favorites of the new gen so I guess I just always preferred some other pokemon just a little more. Still love it though

in every Johto games you can get one from an npc inside Mt Mortar after battling him, problem is that you need surf and waterfall which is past the 8th gym so it's not really worth it at this point
just go with the daycare egg in crystal and hope a Tyrogue comes out of it
