Faggots who complain about GSC Kanto being different are butthurt that it wasn't a carbon-copy of genwun. They'd like to catch the same Legendaries in the same way, traverse the same Pokemon Mansion and Pokemon Tower, battle Koga and Giovanni in their Gyms for the second time. But times have changed and the plot progression is what made Gen II Kanto great.
The only legit complaint is the lack of Safari Zone (National Park isn't quite the same, although it's a fair replacement) but even in this case, HGSS's solution was much better than soullesly restoring the same old shit in the same place.
