Fake Decidueye has a cool design but not for a Pokémon.
Fake Primarina is an...interesting design to say the least, but definitely not for a star coming off of Brionne. Also Water/Dark two generations in a row. I don't know what else it would be.
Fake Incineroar is a good design for a Pokémon and I would have been okay with it being the actual design, and I'm an Incineroar fan. Seems like what it would have led to if Litten was in Gen 2 or something.

I can't comprehend how grown adults can fall for this meme so consistently with literally anything. Make incineroar with 90% of its design elements the same, just give it a feline like body type, and replace the wrestler ""theme"" with anything else that fits (if being a wrestler "fits" on a tiger, many more things will). Objectively improved design (for non furries). Now you cannot say the design looks boring without implying that it's not "boring" just because it isn't randomly biped for no reason.
