Where the fuck is OP Edition

Why the fuck is there nowhere to train up your level 40 pokemon before fighting the Elite 4? Why are certain Pokemon locked behind RNG daily swarm bullshit? Why do I have to catch Lugia before leaving Johto? Who the fuck approved this shit?

HGSS is in my opinion a remake and not a remaster, they focused too much in being accurate when compared to FRLG hence why new stuff is kept to a minimum
