DD does nothing for him with fucking 85 attack and 30 speed, he needs to get 3 fucking boosts off to even hope to sweep and with no recovery and bad S Def that is not happening. Honestly the only thing you can do with it is go full HP and S Def with Rock Head running Head Smash, Gyro Ball, Body Press, and Stealth Rock and run it as a bootleg Ferrothorn that hits slightly harder and has less recovery with no chip. Steelix deserved more than this, it isn't fair. Aside from that the best you can hope to run is an Assault Vest phaser with Scorching Sands and Dragon Tail. But even then not having something like Regenerator leaves it too vulnerable.
