>>44894104I rate Part 2 high because I really like how instead of having the villain of the week formula, you get to see the main cast actually working towards a goal and having multiple face offs with the villains during recurring parts of the story. It makes it feel more personal and consistent, in a way, and by keeping the cast relatively small you get more attached to the characters and their struggles. I think it's better than fighting literally whos with no compromise and then having half the cast die during the final arc while finishing the equally literally who villain in two seconds. It has no build up, no tension, no nothing, just "oh, they finally arrived, cool I guess".
It's also why I like Part 4 desu.
