You're gonna have to be patient, they do re-distribute them from time to time but there's no pattern behind it.

Oh, right, Manaphy from pokemon Ranger IIRC each copy only transfers one so it has to be a new one or an used one that didn;t transfer
I don't remember Jirachi but Mew also can be obtained with pokemon ranch.

If GO-Home compatibility allows events(which it likely wont but IF) you can easily get many of the "cute" mythicals and the others are usually rotated in events so you might get them in raids.
Up until GEn 5 at the moment at least.

Forgot about Ranch. The likelihood of him getting unused copies of Ranger is pretty low too. I think Jirachi was for one of the Orre games

You can make Jirachi from your GC, but you need the pre-order bonus disc for Colosseum.

I still have it and could do it, but it's a huge pain in the ass to transfer from Gen 3 to now.
