You forgot that Fishy Rishy is also boosted by Tough Claws. At least Grassy Glide and Conk's Mach Punch would still exist to keep it from being unstoppable.
Still too dumb in both balance and lore for me to want it even in my wildest dreams, though.

Both moves I think fit Houndoom in terms of what it can do, Scorching Sands also gives coverage against Rock-Types when Solar Beam isn't an option while Hex works off the pretty large number of moves that Houndoom has which can inflict Status plus would work well for dealing with Fighting-Types.

I wanted to run a physically tanky Slowbro with Assault vest and Power up Punch, Aqua Tail, Zen Headbutt, and Drain Punch. Gen 6 had everything I wanted except for that.

Yeah because they're reasonable wants for buffs. Dazzling Gleam doesn't do anything for Sableye. Idrc about competitive balance for this so it's not that serious

I'd love to see Porygon Z get some good priority moves. It's speed stat holds it back a little, so something like an Extreme Speed (which it'd get a STAB from too) would be cool. That way he could at least get some damage in before the opponents inevitable Close Combat or Focus Blast wrecks him
