rusturf tunnel is green in every release of hoenn, even ORAS

I'm pretty sure that's the game that's retarded, you can see the exit is the same as those on caves and if I remember correctly you can't fly away from there. It's also a cave on ORAS.
My guess is that it was always a cave and the name is just dumb
