I was trying to complete the pokedex and managed to find the tile, caught 1, boxed it while I waited for berries to grow, and traded with my brother to get the sapphire exclusives. Little did my little 13 yo ass know that interacting with another player changes the phrase in dewford, and the tile I caught feebas in no longer had it. Figured this out when I thought a berry that increased beauty and another stat would be good enough, and couldn't evolve it. Went back and never found another. No ditto either, so I was fucked.
